2. The Service
Hoostio provides AI-assisted automation tools to help restaurants manage bookings and customer conversations via WhatsApp, voice, and other supported channels. The Service may include dashboards, integrations, logs, and configuration tools.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent activities.
- Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or content that violates third-party rights.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service except as explicitly permitted in writing by Huberway.
5. AI & Automation Disclaimer
The Service may generate automated messages, suggestions, or actions using AI. Outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete and may require human review. You are responsible for configuring your rules, hours, and operational constraints, and for reviewing outputs where appropriate.

6. Third-Party Services & Integrations
Hoostio may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., messaging providers, telephony, analytics, payment processors). Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies. Huberway is not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or performance.
7. Subscriptions, Billing & Taxes
- Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing and plan details will be shown at checkout or within the Service.
- Fees are generally billed in advance, are non-refundable except where required by law, and may exclude taxes.
- You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method according to your plan.
- We may change pricing or plans with reasonable notice. Changes apply at renewal unless stated otherwise.

We aim to keep Hoostio available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, including features, at any time.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service, our users, or our rights. Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using the Service.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huberway disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huberway will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, revenue, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
To the extent permitted by law, Huberway’s total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to Huberway for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Huberway and its members, managers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from (a) your use of the Service, (b) your content/data, (c) your communications with end customers, or (d) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought in the competent courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by posting an update on this page). Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
